Nisar Ahmad Amarkhil
Nisar Ahmad Amarkhil is the Chief Executive of NEXURA International Consultancy LLC, with over eleven years of experience in project management, international development, and policy and financial advisory roles. He previously served as Senior Budget and Finance Advisor at the Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan, where he led nationwide payroll systems, budget planning, donor coordination, and financial reporting in a post-conflict environment. He has also worked with international organizations, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM), supporting complex humanitarian and development programmes. As Chief Executive, he provides strategic leadership across NEXURA’s market research, business consulting, and professional services portfolios. He holds an MSc in International Business Economics (Distinction) from Coventry University and a BA (Hons) in International Business and Management from the University of Wolverhampton, UK.
