Mohammad Tahir Roozi is the Executive Director of NEXURA International Consultancy LLC, where he provides strategic leadership and senior advisory oversight across the firm’s consulting, research, and professional services portfolios. With over 15 years of progressive experience across the MENA region and international markets, he brings a strong blend of executive management, strategic advisory, and operational expertise.
Throughout his career, Mr. Roozi has worked closely with United Nations agencies, international organizations, development institutions including the World Bank, and large multinational companies, supporting complex programs, organizational transformation initiatives, private sector development, and market-driven projects. His professional journey spans advisory roles in business development, program and operations management, governance strengthening, and SME growth, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into practical, results-oriented solutions.
Mr. Roozi holds an MBA and an MFA from India and has completed specialized professional diplomas and executive training programs with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and KOICA (Republic of Korea). His academic background, combined with extensive field and corporate experience, enables him to operate effectively at the intersection of strategy, policy, and business execution.
