Nomagugu Melinda Nyathi is a human rights and development specialist with extensive experience in research, programme design, education, and stakeholder engagement across Africa, and the Middle East . She brings strong expertise in qualitative research, policy analysis, capacity building, and cross-cultural communication, supporting NEXURA International Consultancy’s work in market research, business consulting, and advisory services. Nomagugu holds an M.Phil. in Law and Political Justice and has worked with international organizations, universities, and civil society institutions on governance, migration, and social impact initiatives.
